It sounds like the name of a game show from the now defunct L!VE TV (9pm, just after Topless Darts) but 'Whose Boobs Are These?' is actually the title of an article posted on the Telegraph website this afternoon (hat tip @MatthewWells). The state of the art annotation is the Telegraph's own. As is the high brow political debate:
The Telegraph may simply be trying to deflect from an altogether different sexist comment made during Prime Minister's Questions of course.
It appears there is now a "boobs" tag on the Telegraph website. I clicked it (purely in the name of research you understand). There are 2 posts tagged boobs - both by Lucy Jones, one being today's PMQs photo, the other about Sesame Street not having Katie Perry as a guest. Seems she is their only boobs related reporter. Can't quite understand why the PMQ boobs "story" hasn't been taken down yet though.
